We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide AI visibility score checks and generate your report
  • To send you your score results and detailed analysis via email
  • To follow up on service enquiries where you have expressed interest
  • To improve and develop our scoring methodology
  • To prevent abuse of our tools (e.g. rate limiting via IP address)

To provide our AI Visibility Score service, we share limited data with the following third-party services:

  • Google Places API: We send your business name and city to Google to retrieve business information and review data. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Brave Search API: We send your business name and city to Brave Search to analyse your web presence and citations. Subject to Brave’s Privacy Policy.
  • Gmail SMTP: We use Google’s Gmail service to send you emails containing your score report. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties.

Your data is stored in a SQLite database on our UK-based server. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

7. Data retention

We retain the data collected through our tools indefinitely for our internal database and research purposes, including improving our scoring methodology and building industry benchmarks. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see “Your rights” below).

8. Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We may use essential cookies strictly necessary for the website to function (e.g. session management), but we do not track your browsing activity.
